2024 Walk for Empowerment - REGISTRATION

Join us on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Roosevelt Park in Edison, NJ for our annual fundraising and Spina Bifida Awareness event:

WALK FOR EMPOWERMENT 2024

Enjoy refreshments, activities, socializing, and of course, a lovely Stroll & Roll around the beautiful lake!

Where: Roosevelt Park, 151 Parsonage Road, Edison, NJ (We'll be in front of the Skating Rink)

When: Sunday, June 2, 2024 (This event is Rain or Shine.)

Check-in/Registration opens at 10:00 am.

Warm-up will take place at approximately 11:00 am.

The Walk around the pond begins at approximately 11:30 am.

Light Refreshments will be available. 

Tricky Tray tickets will be drawn at approximately 12:30 pm. We have lots of great items, including Event Tickets, Restaurant Gift Cards,  Gift Baskets and more!

Registration Fee: $15 for Adults; $10 for SBRN Members; $5 for Youth 13-17 yrs and Free for Children 12 & under

**Our special Walk for Empowerment t-shirts are included with registration, if you register before May 15.

PRIZES: The person/team who raises the most will win a $25 Amazon gift card & everyone who raises over $100 will be entered in a drawing to win a $15 Dunkin' gift card.

Our annual Walk is a major fundraiser to support the services and programs that we provide to children, adults and families.

Create your own Team! You can  Create a Pledge Page online and ask friends and family to donate.   You can add a picture or image and change the content of the letter to make it more personal. Check here for  Tips on Pledge Pages and Fundraising. Or, you can collect cash and checks and bring them with you to the walk.

Unable to make it but still want to help? You can create your own walk wherever you are!  Create a Pledge Page to start fundraising, and you will be entered into any of the competitions. If you’d like, send photos or videos and we will post them on social media.

You can also just make a general  Donation or donate to someone's pledge page.  Any amount is appreciated!!
